Galaxy F55 5G: Samsung has finally confirmed the launch of Galaxy F55 5G in India. The phone is going to be officially launched on May 17. The phone will be a rebranded version of the Galaxy C55 which the company introduced in China last month. The Galaxy F55 5G is said to have a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, a large 5,000mAh battery, and 45W wired fast charging.
Set to launch in India on May 17. The phone will be launched at noon. The company has confirmed that the price of the phone will be less than Rs 30 thousand in India. The phone will be offered in Apricot Crush and Raisin Black color variants. A vegan leather finish will be seen in it.
Galaxy C55
In a recent leak about the price of the phone, it was revealed that its base variant will be released with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, which will be priced at Rs 26,999. Whereas the price of the 256 GB storage model will be Rs 29,999.
Whereas 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant of the phone can be purchased for Rs 32,999. The Galaxy F55 5G may have similar specifications to the Galaxy C55 if the former is indeed a rebranded model.
The Galaxy C55 features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED Plus display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. It features a triple rear camera unit, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel selfie shooter, and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging.
